My name is Scott. I am a husband, a father to two wonderful children, and I am living with polycystic kidney disease (PKD). Since being placed on leave from work, I have been managing the challenges of chronic illness. I am now nearing end-stage kidney disease and will soon start the search for a kidney donor. My blood type is B-Positive.
